The air permeability of the fabric is measured based on the nozzle opening and the pressure difference between the two sides. Air permeability refers to: the rate of air flow per unit time that flows vertically through the unit area of ​​the fabric under the specified pressure difference on both sides of the fabric, unit (mm/s ), the ability of a fabric to pass air when there is a pressure difference on both sides is called breathability.

Instrument usage environment:

1. The instrument must be placed on a flat and stable platform (or foundation).

2. There is no strong magnetic field or source of vibration around the instrument.

3. The indoor atmosphere has no corrosive environment, no large particle dust, and the airflow is stable.

4. Environment: temperature 20〒3℃; relative humidity: ≤65%.

5. Use Ac220V〒10V, 50Hz power supply and good grounding. For areas with large external power fluctuations, it is recommended to use a power supply voltage regulator (AC220〒1%2kw).

How to debug the instrument:

1. The instrument needs to be upgraded before working. The specific operation is to rotate the adjustable feet to level the instrument.

2. Check whether the sample adjustment ring is tight and whether the airtight ring is close to the two sealing surfaces.

3. Check whether the pressure head can control the pressure head to move up and down flexibly.

4. Check if the suction hose, cyliflow rate and suction fan are well connected.

5. Check whether the door cover and flow cylinder door lock can be closed tightly.

6. Check if the printer is connected correctly.

8. Check the instrument for leaks: use a non-porous plate instead of a calibration plate for testing. If the air permeability screen shows a value of 0 (allowed to jump below 10 Pa), it means there is no air leak. Otherwise, part of the instrument may leak. , must be checked and adjusted.
