Commonly used car interior leathers and their characteristics, automobile interior engineers must

Automotive consumption has entered a new normal, and the style of interior leather highlights the luxurious atmosphere. It is loved by high-end brands and has now entered the homes of ordinary people. Today we will try our best to systematically introduce the leather used in car interiors from the perspective of interior decoration - we often call it \"genuine leather\".

Commonly used automotive interior leathers and characteristics:

CorrectGrain: Refers to the leather after finishing. After the top coating process, the leather surface is embossed with a pattern roller and artificially designed patterns will be formed on the surface, such as common lychee patterns, BMW patterns, pinhole patterns, Veina patterns, etc. The characteristic is that the processing of the embossed pattern on the surface will make the leather slightly harder and the touch of the surface will be inelastic. The processing of the embossed pattern can cover some defects of the leather, so its cost is generally low.

Full Grain Leather: refers to a product made of leather after completing the top coating process. It is characterized by maintaining natural and delicate textures and natural pores on the surface, soft to the touch and elastic on the surface. We commonly call it NAPPA. Although many leathers have not been treated with raised patterns, they use thicker coatings to mimic the surface effect of NAPPA, while hiding natural pores and using pinhole patterns to simulate \" pores”. In fact, this type of leather is not real NAPPA, but most people cannot distinguish it accurately.

Semi-ani leatherline (Semi-aniline): refers to the process of leather embryo without top coating. It is characterized by a surface feel closer to natural and its resistance to wear has decreased. If the manufacturing quality is good, it can still meet the usage requirements for two or three years.

Aniline leather (Aniline): refers to a process in which the leather embryo is dyed without any coating layer. It is characterized by a natural surface feel, but its wear resistance can only reach half that of Full Grain. Since different colors have different color fastnesses on the leather embryo, aniline leather often can only produce light colors, and the color design has limitations.
