Fabric Air Permeability Tester Debugging and Operation Steps

The fabric air permeability tester is suitable for measuring the air permeability of various textiles, industrial fabrics, nonwovens and other materials. Qisnun Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer.

Scope:

Food, medicine, packaging, plastics, industry, electronics, energy and other industries, suitable for plastic film, composite film, paper composite packaging- plastic, solar backplane, packaging containers such as foils, composite materials, aluminized films, co-extruded films, aluminum foils, sheet materials, plastics, rubber, paper, glass, metals, etc., such as bottles, bags, cans and boxes.

1. Pressure difference range: 0~4000Pa;

2. Measurable air permeability: 0.2—12826 mm/s;

Experimental principle:

Place the pretreated sample between the upper and lower test chambers, clamp it, first evacuate the low pressure chamber (lower chamber), then vacuum the entire system. After the degree of vacuum is higher, close the lower test chamber, fill the high pressure chamber (upper chamber) with a certain test gas pressure, and ensure that a constant pressure difference (adjustable ) is formed on both sides of the sample, so that the gas under the action of pressure, it enters from the high pressure side to the low pressure side, and gBy monitoring and processing the internal pressure on the low pressure side, various barrier parameters of the tested sample can be obtained.

Debugging steps:

1. The input instrument must be upgraded before working. The specific operation is to rotate the adjustable feet of the machine to level the instrument.

2. Check whether the fixed value ring of the sample is tight and whether the airtight ring is close to the two sealing surfaces.

3. Check whether the indenter can control the indenter flexibly up and down.

4. Check whether the connection between the suction pipe, the flow cylinder and the suction fan is tight.

5. Check if the door cover and the flow cylinder door lock can be closed tightly.

6. Check if the printer is properly connected.

7. Correction.

8. Check ifthe instrument is leaking: use a non-porous plate instead of the calibration plate to test, and the air permeability screen will show a value of 0 (less than 10 Pa is allowed), which means that there is no air leakage, otherwise a certain part of the instrument is leaking, should be checked and adjusted.

OperationSteps:

01. Prepare the sample as required and cut it to the specified size.

02. Select the sample fixed value circle and install it on the instrument.

03. Select the nozzle.

04. Turn on the instrument power supply.

05. Set parameters.

06. Press the start button to start the instrument.

07. The instrument automatically compresses the sample and starts the test. When the set pressure difference is reached, the sample is automatically released and the instrument automatically converts the test result and stops.

08. Carry out the next sample test until the number of effective tests reaches the requirement (the number of times the display screen currently matches the number of tests) in accordance with GB/T 5453- 97 for information processing.

09. Test results can be observed on the airflow/pressure difference display and can also be printed.

10. When the test is complete, turn off the power, clean the instrument and all accessories, remove the fixed value ring and place it in the spare parts drawer.
