The hook and loop fatigue tester is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by qisnun Precision Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. It is used to test repeated peeling and hook and loop (Velcro strip) assembly motions. After a certain number of times, the weight of the roller itself will roll the test piece to make it uniform, and then a separately purchased tensile testing machine is used to measure its adhesion strength and bond strength.

Test principle:

Fix the hook surface and the rough surface (also called loop surface) of the Velcro strip on two rolls with diameters of 162.5 mm and 160 mm respectively. The hook surfaces of the two rollers are in contact with the dull surface of the hook and loop tape, and a certain load is addedute according to its width. The lower roller is a driving wheel that drives the load to rotate repeatedly, so that the hook and loop strip fixed on the roller is continuously attached and peeled off. , in order to achieve the goal of fatigue.

The whole machine mainly consists of the following parts:

1. Counterweight: used in conjunction with the motor driven wheel, the pressure is 5kg.

2. Driving wheel: the diameter is 160mm, driven by the motor to rotate, the speed is 60rpm, and the direction is reversed every 30 seconds. The ring surface is fixed on the driving wheel.

3. Driving wheel: The diameter is 162.5mm, driven by the driving wheel to rotate. The hook surface is fixed on the driving wheel.

4. Counter: Set and display the number of exercise rounds.

5. Buttons: including emergency stop buttonence, start and pause button.
