Hydraulic fabric bursting strength tester adopts hydraulic explosion method (elastic diaphragm method) to measure the simultaneous strength of woven, knitted, non-woven, non-woven fabrics, paper, cardboard and other materials in warp, weft. and in all directions. Operation steps:

1. Sample selection

Randomly select different components and fabrics There are 8 samples of the structure, and the bursting strength of each sample is tested 10 times, and the average value of their results is used for analysis and comparison.

2. Test method

Different equipment and different test methods are selected, and the results of the bursting strength of the sample are also different. Burst time specified in GB/T7742.1-2005 can be (20±5)s; the test area is 50 cm2, and other test areas such as 100 cm2, 10 cm2, 7.3 cm2 can also be used, and three different test areas are used for the same test area. The sample is tested and the influence of the test area on the bursting performance of the fabric is explored at the same time.

3. Test results

The analysis shows that in the hydraulic burst test, the test area under the same conditions has a great influence on the resistance to \'bursting. In general, the smaller the test area, the greater the burst strength value, the burst strength value obtained using a 7.3cm2 test area is approximately 3 times that of a test area of ​​50 cm2. Therefore the test area should be indicated for the burst test.
