Principle of the test:

Method A

Stabilize the airflow passing through the sample vertically at a constant flow rate, and measure the test under this condition Calculate the flow resistance d air and other parameters based on the pressure difference formed on both sides of the sample.

Method B

Adjusting both sides of the sample to form a constant pressure difference, measure the airflow vertically across the given area of ​​the sample for a certain period of time, and calculate the air permeability and other parameters.

Testing process:

(1) Cut 3 pieces of samples with a diameter of 5 cm from the leather sample to be tested.

(2) Take one of the samplesantillons and fix it in the equipment. The equipment connects to the air source, adjusts the pressure regulating valve and adjusts the pressure difference on both sides of the sample. When the pressure difference on both sides of the sample reaches the set value, the equipment automatically measures and records the air flow entering the sample.

(3) Repeat sample loading and adjusting pressure operation until all three samples are tested.
