Leather bending strength tester, bending angle

Author:QINSUN Released in:2023-10 Click:128

The leather bending strength tester is used to test the bending strength of various leather materials, leather materials and fabrics (such as clothing leather, handbag leather, bag leather and other fine leathers) in order to test their continuous flexing effect. High bending strength is a test equipment independently developed and produced by our company, Qisnun Precision Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd.

Applicable standards:

BS 3144, ISO 17694, EN ISO 20344, EN ISO 5402, JIS K6545, QB/T 2714, GB/T20991-2007, GB/T3903.41

Test principle:

Take one end surface of the test piece as the inner side and the other end surface as the outer side, and bend it forward backwards at an angle of 22.5° at 100 ± 5 times per minute. Perform a bending strength test on the material surface to observe whether there are any cracks on the specimen.

Main parameters:

1. Test frequency: 500 times/min;

2. Bend angle: 22.5°;

3. Test speed: 100 ± 5 cpm;

4. Clamp selection: 6 groups, 12 groups.

Shanghai Fanbiao Textile Testing Technology Co., Ltd., as an enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, training and service, is committed to putting more testing instruments to the market and provide long-term textiles, leather, combustion testing instruments, automobile interior materials, environmental climate aging, masks and protective clothing, etc. can also be customized to meet non-standard requirements.
