TestingPrinciple of adjustment:

Method A

Stabilize the air flow passing vertically through the sample at a constant rate and measure the test flow rate under these conditions . The pressure difference formed on both sides of the sample is used to calculate air flow resistance and other parameters.

Method B

By adjusting to form a constant pressure difference on both sides of the sample, measure the flow of air passing vertically through a given area of ​​the sample in a certain period of time and calculate parameters such as air permeability.

Testing process:

(1) Cut 3 specimens with a diameter of 5 cm from the leather sample to be tested.

(2) Take a sample and fix it in the equipment. The equipment connects to the air source, adjusts the valve de pressure regulation and adjusts the pressure difference on both sides of the sample. When the pressure difference on both sides of the sample reaches the set value, the equipment automatically measures and records the air flow entering the sample.

(3) Repeat the sample loading and adjust the pressure operation until all three samples have been tested.
