Operation procedure:

01. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, the green power indicator light is on and set the test temperature, the red light is on when heating.

02. Standby for 20 minutes, that is, the temperature pradjusted is stable before starting work.

03. Sample preparation, weigh 4-5g on the balance and prepare the sample for testing.

04. Add material, when the temperature is stable, you can add material. Take out the material rod, lightly place it on the high temperature resistant object, insert the funnel into the material barrel, vibrate the funnel while feeding, so that the material can flow out quickly. After feeding, use the pressing rod to compact the material to reduce air bubbles, then insert the feeding rod, place the positioning sleeve, and place it on the weight plate (the operation of feeding should be completed within one minute).

05. After feeding is complete, preheat for 4-6 minutes, add required weight, and prepare for cutting and sampling.

07. The cutting interval of each spline is determined according to the object to be measured. Generally, it is cut every 60 or 30 seconds. The length of each spline is usually about 20mm---50mm.

08. Select and weigh the splines, discard the splines with visible air bubbles, weigh the remaining splines (at least three) one by one, and calculate the average weight with an accuracy of 0, 0001 g.

09. Calculate the result and find the fluidity index.

10. When the test is complete, clean the rod, cylinder and die with clean gauze while still warm for the next test.

11. After cleaning, put on the power rod, turn off the power switch.power and turn off the power.
