Operation steps of high temperature thermal conductivity tester

The high temperature thermal conductivity tester adopts the testing principle of parallel hot wire method to measure the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity and thermal melting of various types of materials, including shaped insulation refractory products, magnesium alumina oxide bricks, ceramics, etc. Non-metallic materials are testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company Qisnun Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. Main parameters:

1. Thermal conductivity: 0.001-25 W/M.K;

2. Measuring temperature: up to 1250, 1400, 1600 ℃, the temperature range can be adjusted according to the needs of the user;

3. Sample size: square body less than 300*300*100 (mm) is acceptable.

Operation steps:

1. Turn on the water bath: turn on the power switch - cycle switch - refrigeration switch in order and set the cold plate temperature.

2. Turn on the computer, enter the main interface of the thermal conductivity meter, click the \"Enter\" button to enter the measurement interface (when the software prompts you to power on, turn on the switch on the right side to the back of the meter).

3. On the sideleft of the operation interface, enter the parameters related to test unit name, tester and sample name in order.

4. Set the hotplate temperature: In the hotplate temperature box, enter the desired test temperature.

5. The thickness of the specimen is the average of the two measurements when the specimen is placed. Warm-up time is typically 30 minutes and testing time is typically 150 minutes.

6. Click the “Start Experiment” button to start the experiment.

7. After the measurement is completed, the system will automatically provide the test results and test report, save or print the corresponding report.

8. Exit the experiment, exit the program and turn off the water bath: turn off the refrigeration switch - the circulation switch - the power switch in order.

9. After the measurement,remove the sample, place it in the protective plate and return the equipment to its place.

10. Clean and cover instruments. Before leaving the laboratory, ensure that all electrical supplies are turned off.
