Perspiration Color Fastness Tester is used to measure the color fastness of various colored and colored textiles against perspiration, seawater, saliva and distilled water. It is suitable for all kinds of textile materials and textiles. The equipment is developed and produced by our company Qisnun Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.
Applicable Standards:
Perspiration Standard - AATCC 15, EN ISO 105 Part E04, DIN 54020< /p>
Seawater - AATCC 107, EN ISO 105 Part E02 , DIN 54007
Clear water - AATCC 106, EN ISO 105 Part E01, DIN 54006
Immersed in PVC - ISO 105 Part X10, DIN 54072
Weight is 8 lbs (3.63 kg), AATCC Compliant
Weight is 9 lbs (4.10 kg), ISO Compliant
Test experiment:
Combine the textile sample with the specified lining fabric, remove the test solution after processing.t with the test solution , place it between the bottom plate and the bottom plate, put a weight according to the specified pressure, and set it at the specified temperature. Place it for a certain period of time, then dry the sample and the adjacent fabric separately and observe the color change.
Test method:
1. Put a combined sample into the acid and alkaline test solution with a bath ratio of 50:1 (the specific test solution is prepared according to standard requirements ), Wet it completely, then place it at room temperature for 30 minutes. If necessary, press down and shake lightly to ensure that the test solution penetrates well and evenly. Remove the sample, pour out the residual solution and secure it with two glass rods. Excessive test solution on the combined sample, or place the combined sample on the sample plate, scrape off the excess test solution with another plate.sample tray, sandwich the sample between the two sample plates and store it following the same steps. Other combined samples are then subjected to compression. The equipment used for alkaline and acid tests must be separated.
2. Put the 2 sets of acid and alkali instruments with combined samples into the incubator and place them at a temperature of 37°C ± 2°C for 4 hours.
3. Remove all sutures from the combined specimen except one short side, unfold the combined specimen, hang it in the air at a temperature not exceeding 60°C to dry.
4. Use the gray scale to assess the discoloration of each sample and the staining of the side of the adjacent tissue that is in contact with the sample.
