 1) Daily precautions:

2. Keep the machine clean. When you are not using the machine for testing, the cover plate should be placed on the machine and the entire machine should be covered with a dust cloth.

3. Based on his knowledge of this user manual and electrical principles, and with the cooperation of qisnun after-sales service personnel, the operator can carry out routine maintenance and equipment troubleshooting. Customers are strictly prohibited from dismantling the machine without authorization.

4. The temperature control device must be used in strict accordance with the instructions for use, otherwise you will be responsible for it.

5. Distilled water should be added to the water tank of the temperature control device. It is recommended to replace the distilled water every two months.

2) Special precautions:

1. The maximum temperature of the hot oil in the host can be intelligently heated to 150°C. Heating above 150°C is strictly prohibited.

2. The indoor ambient temperature where the equipment is located should be at least above 0°C, because the heat transfer oil becomes viscous as the temperature decreases, affecting heat transfer. Distilled water in the temperature control device will also freeze at 0°C and will not be able to circulate.

3. When there is distilled water in the water tank of the temperature control device, the temperature can only be set to 5℃~80℃ to avoid boiling and freezing.

4. Never start the equipment when there is nos of liquid medium into the tank of the host machine and into the temperature control device, otherwise there is a risk of burning the equipment.

5. When the temperature of the liquid medium in the tank is higher than 45°C, do not activate the “cooling” button.

6. The final measurement result of this testing instrument is the gloss of the glass plate and the weight of the aluminum foil. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to touch the surface of the cleaned glass plate or touch the aluminum foil with bare hands.

7. The cleaning process of accessories should be carried out in strict accordance with operational procedures to avoid affecting the test results.

8. After the test, the glass plate and aluminum foil are strictly prohibited from being in contact with sunlight and wind.
