Testing principle and method of mist tester:
The sample is heated in the mist cup and begins to volatilize. The volatile gas condenses on the glass plate or aluminum foil cooled by the cooling chamber. After the condensation process is completed, remove the glass plate or aluminum foil, measure the atomization value or weight of the condensed components of the glass plate or aluminum foil and compare them with the data before condensation to obtain the atomization and volatilization characteristics of the sample.

Brightness method: The gas evaporated when the sample is heated in the fogging cup is condensed on the glass plate at low temperature. By comparing and calculating the gloss value of the glass plate before and after condensation, the test result can be obtained. Such fogging value. (Standard configuration)
MethodHaze: The gas evaporated when the sample is heated in the misting cup is condensed on the glass plate at low temperature. By comparing and calculating the haze value of the glass plate before and after condensation, we can obtain the fogging value of the sample. (Sold separately)
Gravimetric method: The gas evaporated when the sample is heated in the misting cup is condensed on the aluminum foil at low temperature. By weighing the change in weight of the aluminum foil before and after condensation, the weight of the sample can be obtained by atomization-condensation.
