Operation steps:

1. Install the sample which has been subjected to temperature and humidity treatment with the accessories configured on the sampling device to form a rotatable test head, and adjust it according to relevant standards or other requirements The protruding height of the test head is generally 5-8mm;

2. Install the test head with the sample on the test head mounting plate on the instrument workbench and pass the positioning pin on the mounting plate Cooperate with the positioning hole under the test head to install and fix the test head test;

3. Use the friction device on the pressure plate of the instrument to instaPut the friction sandpaper on the bottom surface of the pressure plate and lock it The clamp ensures that the sandpaper is tight and installed flat;

4. Manually pull the lock of lifting the pressure plate on the right side of the pressure plate outward, lower the pressure plate and make the sandpaper contact the sample surface on the test head;

5. Install a weight matching the weight on the weight shaft above the pressure plate to apply some pressure to the sample friction. Select the required pressure value based on the sample weight per unit area.
