Product structure :

The design of the instrument is compact and robust, comprising a clamping device for obtuse taper chucks, a loading table to hold the friction head and a control and drive unit. All parts are reasonably designed and easy to use. To facilitate sample preparation and light clamping, the instrument is equipped with a ring spanner with adjustable scale for testing the expansion height. PeDuring the test, the specimen is placed on the plane of the friction head and a rotating action is applied for friction. The friction zone of the sample is about 50 cm2.
