The aIn recent years, Chinese textiles have been hit hard in the textile trade. The economic boycott policy of the textile trade against China\'s textile industry, on the one hand, reflects the environmental protection aspirations of the global economic cycle, and on the other hand, it also promotes the continuous improvement of my country\'s textile industry in technology and equipment, improves the environmental performance of textiles, and improves the management system of the domestic textile industry, thus strengthening my country\'s core competitiveness in economics and trade. This will accelerate the formulation of standards for my country\'s textile industry and thus promote the development of my country\'s testing and analysis industry. With the pressing needs of the textile industry, my country\'s textile testing industry needs to develop towards higher standards of R&D and design. Only in this way can the overall competitivepotential of my country\'s textile industry to be improved, and it is also the inevitable result of the sustainable development of the industry.

Currently, due to the disappearance of China\'s demographic dividend, textile companies in several countries have moved their production bases to Southeast Asia, where labor is cheaper. However, due to the underdeveloped textile industry in these regions, there must be a huge demand for the auxiliary textile testing instruments industry. Therefore, the foreign trade spring of my country\'s textile testing instruments industry will gradually become prominent in 2015.

At present, safety testing in the textile industry mainly includes: qualitative and quantitative measurement of residues in textiles, testing of VOCs released during textile printing and dyeing, and qualitative and quantitative testing of residues in wastewater from textile printing and dyeing. Comparedand with conventional detection methods, the rapid test has the characteristics of \"portability, speed, accuracy and high speed\", and can non-destructively or lightly test the residual chemicals in textiles, and quickly detect VOCs released during the textile printing and dyeing process, which is suitable for online detection of volatile emissions of industrial waste gas.

Over the next five years, the entire textile industry will focus on the mid-market. However, textile testing is relatively difficult in terms of method and operation, especially the formulation of the standard, which should fundamentally solve the problem of environmental pollution, and carry out constant monitoring and constant control during the processing of textiles. This not only requires the combination of instruments and textile machinery and equipment, but also places higher requirements on the instruments themselves, and promotes the innovation and development of the instrument industry.
