The xenon lamp aging test chamber is an experimental equipment that simulates the natural environment for aging testing. 1. The test chamber uses a condenser to simulate the effects of rain and dew on the sample surface . During the test, the water injection tank located at the bottom of the test chamber is heated to generate steam. The steam maintains the relative humidity in the test chamber with a certain temperature rise. The sample forms the interior wall of the test chamber and the cooling effect of the ambient air creates the test surface. This temperature difference less thanthe steam temperature allows liquid water to continually condense on the test surface throughout the condensation cycle.

2. The resulting condensed water is very stable, pure and contains no dissolved solids, which favors the reproduction of test results and eliminates the problem of water marks and tasks. At the same time, like natural dew, the newly condensed water is saturated with dissolved oxygen and therefore must be very corrosive. Another advantage of this* condensation system is that the test does not require the use of distilled or demineralized water. It can use regular tap water. During the evaporation process, water is automatically distilled and then condensed on the sample.

3. Since the humidity generated during outdoor exposure can last up to 12 hours per day, the soak cycle typically lasts several hours. Please note that exhibition processesn UV and condensation within the equipment must be carried out separately. Proceed as you would under natural climatic conditions.
