Working conditions and daily maintenance of electric friction color fastness tester

Electric Rubbing Color Fastness Tester is used to test the dry/wet rubbing color fastness of cotton, chemical fiber, blended fabrics and leather and other colors. It is suitable for testing the color fastness to rubbing of fabrics in dry and wet conditions, as well as for regular and periodic testing. The tester repeatedly rubs the sample with a white cotton cloth a specified number of times under a certain pressure and stroke. The degree of fading is evaluated by comparing the white cotton fabric with the stained gray sample card, which provides a basis for improving the dyeing of the fabric. Equipped with a preset digital electronic counter.

Working environment requirements for electric friction color fastness tester:

1. The operating temperature is between 21 and 28℃, the noise is less than 74 dB, and the ambient humidity is 30%-50%. keeping away from corrosion. Gas equipment such as salt spray boxes, etc.

2. The studio must have a ventilation system.

3. Ensure that the environment is clean and that there is no accumulation of dust in the space and on the floor. It is best to wipe the floor daily with a damp cloth and try to create a dust-free environment.

Routine maintenance of electric friction color fastness tester:

1. Clean the working room and filter tube regularly and use clean water and a cloth without dust when wiping. If you test the light and sweat resistance standard, you should clean the outer filter cylinder and inner box every 200 hours to remove inorganic salts attached to their surfaces.

2. It is recommended to fillClean the air filter every 3 months, depending on how dirty the filter is. When cleaning the air filter, check for dust or debris on the air filter. If it is in a dusty environment, it should be cleaned every two weeks, either with a vacuum cleaner, compressed air or tap water.

 3. The equipment must be calibrated for irradiation every 500 hours of operation, and the calibration tool must be an irradiance measuring device;

 4. The black mark thermometer should be calibrated once every six months. You can do it yourself or ask professional engineers to come to your doorstep for service.

5. The chamber temperature and humidity sensor probe should be replaced regularly and the recommended use cycle is one year.

6. When implementing ISO or GB/T, the internal IR filter plates should be replaced everytest the 500 hours according to the standard (one pair each for the upper and lower parts).

7. Randomly calibrated measuring tools should be retroactively calibrated regularly (every 12 months of use).

8. The standard xenon lamp is recommended to have a lifespan of 1,500 hours. You should be very careful when replacing the lamp and filter and wear dust gloves. When replacing a lamp, check and clean the lamp trigger electrode.

9. Every time the equipment operates for 2,000 hours, there will be an alarm prompt. At this time, please carry out relatively comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of the equipment, including cleaning the water tank inside the machine and replacing the air filter.

10. When the machine is not running for a long time, turn it on regularly for short periods.
