The roller wear-resisting test method of suitcases

The roller wear-resisting tester mainly tests the wear-resisting property of the roller, and the main purpose of selecting the friction material and test conditions is to make the test meet the actual conditions of use. Only if the test can reproduce the actual conditions of use, especially when the actual wear-resisting test mechanism is reproduced, the results of the test can be obtained in good correlation with the actual condition of use.   The roller wear-resisting test machine is used for small rollers, such as the suitcases and luggage bags. The abrasion resistance and the overall structure of the roller  material can be measured, and the test results can be used as a reference for improvement.   Technical parameters:
  1. Diameter of cement roller: 196mm
  2. Cement roller thickness: 120mm
  3. Test loading pressure rod length: 610mm
  4. The wheel rack is 430mm from the right side of the loading pressure rod
  5. The heavy hammer is 20mm on the right side of the negative pressure rod
  6. Set the total schedule, speed setting, time setting, power failure memory, and the rest time during testing
  7. Test speed: (0 ~ 5) km/hr, adjustable
  8. Control mode: 7 "LCD display, PLC control
  9. Wheel load: 10kg, 11kg, 12kg.
  10. power supply: AC220V,50HZ
The test procedure should follow the specific test method standard or the manual of the tester. GB/T2941 provides for sample adjustment, sample size and sample preparation requirements and it should be implemented as required.   For some test methods, pre-test is recommended to determine the appropriate test conditions. During the test, the friction material should be cleaned in real time and the friction material should be updated, and the test sequence of the test materials should be designed to reduce the influence of friction material change over time. Ideally, a new friction material will be replaced at each test. The frequency of cleaning the surface of abrasion resistant material or updating the friction material depends on the properties of the friction material and the properties of the tested materials. In general, during the test interval, the parameters of the reference materials are tested and the same group of test samples are repeated in reverse order.   Most of the test methods are based on the difference between the sample quality before and after abrasion. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the test results are not accurate if the surface of the test material is observed with scraping debris under the microscope.
